| Prof. Liang YangIEEE Senior Member | Hunan University, China Liang Yang, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, was born in 1977. He received his Ph.D. degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2006. He has conducted postdoctoral research at City University of Hong Kong and Texas A&M University at Qatar. His primary research interests include wireless communications and optical wireless communications. He has published over 150 papers in IEEE journals, including9 highly cited papers and 2 hot papers. His h-index reaches 42 on Google Scholar and ResearchGate. He has been listed in Stanford University’s World's Top 2% Scientists forsix consecutive years and was named an Elsevier “Highly Cited Chinese Researcher” in both 2023,2024, and 205. He has presided over five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and one project under the National Key R&D Program. In addition, he has participated as a topic leader in a Key Program of the NSFC Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund. | Prof.Jianping GouIEEE Senior Member | Southwest University, China Jianping Gou received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with The University of Sydney. Now, he is currently a professor and doctoral Supervisor in College of Computer and Information Science, College of Software, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests are artificial intelligence and machine learning. Dr. Gou has been intensively working on developing novel machine learning theories and efficient deep learning algorithms for more than ten years. His research has resulted in more than 150 publications on top-tier journals and conferences. He served as a Section Editor of Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, a Guest Editor of Mathematics, a Guest Editor of Frontiers in Physics, Editorial Board of Mathematics, and Associate Editor of Cognitive Robotics. | Prof. Wadii BoulilaIEEE Senior Member | Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia Wadii Boulila received the B.Eng. degree (1st Class Honours with distinction) in computer science from the Aviation School of Borj El Amri, in 2005, the MSc. degree in computer science from the National School of Computer Science (ENSI), University of Manouba, Tunisia, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science conjointly from the ENSI and Telecom-Bretagne, University of Rennes 1, France, in 2012. He is currently an professor of computer science with Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. He is also a senior researcher with the RIOTU Laboratory, Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia, a senior researcher with RIADI Laboratory, University of Manouba, and previously a Senior Research Fellow with the ITI Department, University of Rennes 1, France. Wadii received the award of the young researcher in computer science in Tunisia for the year 2021 from Beit El-Hikma and the award of best researcher from the University of Manouba in Tunisia for the year 2021. He participated in many research and industrial-funded projects. His primary research interests include data science, big data analytics, deep learning, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, uncertainty modeling, and image analysis and interpretation. He has served as the chair, a reviewer, and a TPC member for many leading international conferences and journals.
